Evaluation
The staff at ICR works with the customer to understand the concerns and requirements of the customer's environment. If possible the account representative will provide a site visit and personally take measurements and record specs to ensure a thorough and accurate design. The account representative is your best source for questions concerning ergonomic and space management solutions.
Design
The designers at ICR are specialists in maximizing available space in the computer environment, from LAN to office and industrial to medical. ICR first establishes a relationship with the customer to determine his/her needs and then works with them to design their personal solution, taking into consideration current and future requirements. ICR prepares a CAD drawing of the solution and provides it to the customer to ensure that the proposal is exactly what the customer is expecting.
Staging
ICR has the ability to store your product until you are ready to have it installed. This is a valuable service as often times the product has shipped before the end users are ready for it. This is also a great time for us to ensure that the product is shipped complete and intact. Various ship times can be consolidated into one as ICR can hold order until it can be delivered in its entirety.
Installation
Innovative Computer Resources highly recommends installation. They are professionals who have been installing ICR's product line for years. Our installation team not only minimizes down time, it ensures that the product was installed correctly and securely.
Relocation
The installation team can also be used to relocate an installed system. This can be very helpful in times of renovation or during a move. ICR will keep track of all the components to ensure a safe complete delivery and install.
